The mesmerizing Singalila ridge offers a breathtaking view of the Himalayan Cloud Forest. This is the only place in the world from where the 4 highest Himalayan peaks are seen in a single frame.
Singalila is also home to Clouded Leopard, Black Panther, Golden Cat, Marbled Cat, Himalayan Black Bear, Martins, Weasels, Flying Squirrels, False Cobra, Himalayan Salamander, and many more elusive species.
Our in-house bird hide is the best in Eastern Himalayas. We have recorded over 50 species of birds including Myzornis, Parrotbills, Laughingthrush, Wren babblers, Tesia, Magpie, Short-wing, etc. Martins, Weasels & Rodents are also regular visitors.

When I was asked to do am article on Red Pandas, I thought it would be impossible, until I found the Team and location you find yourself at now, nearby Habre’s. If there is a paradise on earth it is this. One of the most memorable experiences of our life. The Habres nest is perched on the most ideal location with views of Nepal on the side and India the other. The lodge is tastefully done with maximum comfort that one could imagine at this attitude and given the remoteness of the place.
You all over exceeded, by an unmanageable amount, our expectations of what it would be like to track down a wild red panda.
